Asset Intelligence

Organize the resources behind manufacturing.

ASSET INTELLIGENCE · MASTER DATA
The problem

Manufacturing resources are tracked in separate lists.

Machines, tools, gauges and partners each live in their own spreadsheet or system, alongside separate plant references, rate cards and measurement settings. Every workflow starts from its own copy of that data, so the same asset can be named, described and configured differently from one place to the next, and keeping those copies in step becomes manual work that nobody owns.

Capabilities

One record for every resource on the floor.

01

Asset management

Keep a single record for every machine and piece of equipment in the plant. Each asset is tracked with its type, role and location, so teams know what exists and where it sits. Changes are made once and apply wherever the asset is used.

02

Partners

Maintain one directory of the customers, suppliers and vendors you work with. Each partner is recorded once and referenced wherever a workflow needs them. Teams stop keeping their own contact lists and work from the same details.

03

Assets

Define the categories that organize your assets: asset types, the roles they play and machine types. A consistent classification makes assets easy to find, group and report on. New types are added once and become available across workflows.

04

Tools & gauges

Maintain master lists of gauge types, tool types and materials. Workflows pick from these lists instead of free text, which keeps naming consistent. Because gauges are defined centrally, measurement work draws on the same records.

05

Plant references

Describe how your plant is organized: locations, departments and units. These references place every asset, tool and record in its proper context. The structure lives in one place, so reports and workflows share the same view of the plant.

06

Additional configuration

Set up the supporting configuration that workflows depend on: rate cards, GR&R configuration and measurement units. Standardizing these once avoids mismatched units and settings between teams, and the values are used wherever costing or measurement is involved.
